EDP’s Vacation Camp is aimed at the worldwide Energy Corporation children’s employees. Every year EDP organizes a summer boot camp for children from six to sixteen, on a 2 week span of leisure and outdoor activities on a rural zone of Portugal. The brief asked for an impactful way to address the employees children or family friends, on a way that spoke to them. It demanded a visual language that would resonate with the target audience, but that could not in any way astray from EDP visual or brand guidelines.
By identifying what the audience was accustomed and appealed to, we developed a mix match of textures and colors, that sustained one idea Live play Learn. Live by playing, Play by living. Was our core strategy which allowed a visual word play supported by impactful graphics.
